Notice is hereby given, that Arthur Vyner, of Tumut
in the colony of New South Wales gentleman did for the consideration therein
mentioned make and execute an assignment of all his real and personal estate
whatsoever and wheresoever to Edward George Brown of Tumut aforesaid gentleman
and Henry Godfrey
of Yass in the colony aforesaid storekeeper in trust for the benefit of his
creditors And further that the said indenture was duly executed by the said Arthur Vyner
and the said trustees and attested according to the provisions of the Acts of
the Governor and Legislative Council of New South Wales in that case made and
provided And further that the said indenture now lies for inspection and
execution at the offices of Messrs. Templeton and Jones, solicitors 221
George-street Sydney. Dated this sixteenth day of August in the year one thousand eight
hundred and fifty-six. Arthur Vyner. Witness to the signature
