3,600 Ewes, Rams, - Wethers,
&c. Working Bullocks. Farming
Implements, with an excellent Station, Mens' Huts,
&c. &c. By order of J. E. Manning. Esq., Registrar of the
Supreme Court for account and benefit of the Estate or the late Colonel
Leahy, deceased. A. Polack, will dispose of at Public Auction, on Monday
the 2nd of September, at his rooms, the following valuable flocks depasturing at the Junction of the Doomut
- with the Murrumbidgee and about forty Miles South-West of Yass, 3,600 Sheep, more or less, of the following description
One Flock Ewes, of ages 4 to 10 Years.... 704 One ditto ditto ditto mixed....................... 364 One ditto ditto 3 years old ....................... 116 maiden......................................................

50 About 1,200 of the Ewes are to Lamb during this month
and September. One good Stock Horse 16 Working Bullocks 250 Hurdles, more or
less 2 Drays 2 Ploughs Huts and Improvements An excellent Run or Station
(Government) adjoining Mrs. Hely's, Mr. Tooth's,
and Mr. Stuckey's. The whole (Stock, Station, and Improvements,) will be
put up in one Lot, then, should no buyer be found, the various Flocks will be
Sold to meet the views of purchasers; the rams will be divided a portion to
each flock of ewes, in the event of the Sheep &c.. being
sold in separate lots. They are to be removed by the 15th October, and the Run
delivered over to a purchaser of Colonel Leahy's Interest therein, on the 1st
November. Terms:- A Cash deposit of Ten
per Cent. at the fall of the hammer, for the residue
approved negotiable bills at three and six months from the day of sale. |

With reference to Mr. A. Polack's intended Sale, on Monday the 2nd
September next, to dispose of the right of Run, on which the Sheep of the
late Colonel Leahy are now trespassing, situate at the junction of the Doomat with the Murrumbidgee, called Tarrabandra.
I hereby caution the Public from purchasing the same, it having been
in my possession and occupancy, as a Cattle Run, during the last five years,
and I hold a License expressly for the aforesaid station. |
