After a lingering and painful illness, Mr. William Henry Hilton,
formerly town clerk at Tumut and Junee, died at the
residence of his daughter (Mrs Rae), at Haberfield, Sydney, on Saturday last. Deceased was for many years a resident of Tumut, and while being a
competent, painstaking town clerk, was a
popular man socially. He leaves two daughters and one son, and was 58 years
of age. |
