Sydney Morning Herald 22 January 1852 |
To
parties wishing to invest in one of the most profitable sheep properties in
the colony. The
well-known stations of Jugiong,
Adgenbilly,
and The Point, being adjoining runs
on the banks of the Murrumbidgee, and within 40 miles of Yass forming as a
whole the most complete property in the district. They
are capable of depasturing at least 25,000 Sheep,
with ample room for fattening, for which purpose the Jugiong and Point stations are particularly well
adapted. With
the above will be sold 15,000 first-class sheep, which are warranted sound
and never to have been diseased, and of that description that as a flock it
would be difficult to surpass them. There
are supplies, drays, &c, &c., upon the station, indeed everything for
carrying on to profitable account, the whole being in high working order. All
particulars may be learnt from the undersigned, who begs to state that the
proprietor's only reason for disposing of this most remunerative property is
his wish to confine himself to those matters to which he can give his
personal attention. Terms:- To responsible parties would be very liberal, say
one-fourth cash, and the residue within 12 months, bearing interest, with
approved security. N.B.- As the proprietor's intention is to sell, immediate
application is desirable to the undersigned. Thomas S. Mort. |
