Car Startled Horse The Gundagai

The Wantabadgery mail cart, driven by Mr. R.
Rankin, was knocked about somewhat on Wednesday last, when the horse attached
to the vehicle, made a bolt down Sheridan street. Mr. McKinney's motor car startled the animal, and as it tore down the
main street, various attempts were made to stop it, but without avail, and
not until it turned into West-street, where the vehicle capsized, was a
capture effected. Very little damage was done.
