commencing at the north-east corner of Hamilton Hume's three hundred acres
Grant; bounded on the South by a line bearing west thirty chains; on the west
by the Appin and Campbelltown Road seventy-one chains, fifty links; on the
north by a line east thirty-one chains; and on the east by George's River. Promised
by Sir Thomas Brisbane on 25th July, 1823, quit-rent 6s. sterling
per annum, commencing 1st January, 1829. 64.
