Court, Re Peter Stuckey The Sydney

On reading a petition from David Peden, of
Macquarie-street, Sydney, gentleman, his Honor the Chief Justice yesterday
ordered that the estate of Peter Stuckey, of Gundagai, grazier,
be placed in the hands of the Chief Commissioner of Insolvent Estates at
Sydney, until the same shall by the Supreme Court be adjudged to be
sequestrated, or the said petition be discharged according to law; and
appointed Wednesday, the 5th March, for the said Peter Stuckey to show cause
why his estate should not by the said Court be adjudged to be sequestrated.
