New County of Argyle Magistrate

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Charles Throsby, Esq. to be a Magistrate and Justice of the Peace in the County of Argyle, and also throughout the Territory of New South Wales:- He is therefore to be obeyed as such accordingly.
