Steam-Ship
Cape Breton The Sydney
Herald 11
February 1836 |
We understand that advices have been received in Sydney which state
that the steam-ship Cape Breton was
to sail from London in October last, for this port. The Cape Breton is the
property of Messrs. Grose and Street; she is about
two years old, has two powerful engines, (by Seaward) and is said to have
proved herself an excellent sea-boat in the several voyages across the
Atlantic. If this be her character it is hoped that her owners will, immediately
on her arrival, lay the Cape Breton
on as a packet-ship between this and the Sister Colony |
.
