Superior Stock & Crops The Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser 31
July 1803 |
We have the satisfaction to announce that the stock throughout the
Colony for the last year, has had an increase far superior to that of any former;
and that the crops at Hawkesbury and in all other parts, were on appearance
by no means inferior to the most luxuriant and abundant seasons. No injury whatever has been sustained by the late heavy rains, but on
the contrary, the wheat has been forwarded in its growth, and the gardens
yield an ample recompense to well applied industry. |
