The Supreme Court of New South Wales - Probate Jurisdiction.

In the Will of Peter Beattie, late of West Blowering, near Tumut, in the Colony of New South Wales, Farmer, deceased. Application will be made after fourteen days from the publication hereof, that Probate of the last Will of the above named deceased may be granted to George Tosick Beattie, of West Blowering aforesaid, Farmer, and Joseph Lambert, of East Blowering near Tumut aforesaid, Grazier, the Executors named in the said Will.
